One of the most critical aspects of any integration is the solid foundation of support services. Signature-AV recognizes that seamless support to the end-user is crucial and we have formulated relationships with teaming partners which have been a fundamental element of our success. Signature-AV with its team partners offers a single point of contact with multiple tiers of support including software, hardware and infrastructure services.
AV and IT Infrastructure
Our support vision is of an AV and IT infrastructure that will exceed expectations and will serve the requirements and expectations of our clients as were designed to do. With our teaming partners SIGAV Medical offers a sound support services management approach tailored to support the AV and infrastructure/network requirements of our designs. This is achieved based on our experience and understanding of the design, operations and maintenance of many successful medical simulation centers to date. We will work in partnership providing an approach to IT infrastructure support through “Best-in-Class” practices implemented in a planned, logical manner. Signature-AV will employ an approach that offers that features several steps:
- Analyze – analyze the network, and help desk to confirm assets, dependencies, and other items to ensure performance.
- Stabilize – based on analysis, perform necessary fixes/patches/remedies to hardware or other assets, procedures, or services as necessary to preserve the existing operating environment and related service delivery.
- Maintain - leverage the Team’s collective experience and corporate capabilities to maintain the level of service offered
