Signature-AV understands the requirements for providing thorough and complete systems testing, and the importance of flawless or zero defect simulation encounters. We have proven and repeatable standard procedures and checklists to support the variety of audio, visual, computer, and network requirements our medical simulation clients. We will use these tools, or others as may be required by the client.

Acceptance Testing

Upon the acceptance of the implementation based on the applications and design document and deliverables, Signature-AV will provide acceptance testing with key personnel to ensure satisfaction with the system implementation. Any concerns will be documented and addressed at this time. The acceptance testing will ensure the Signature-AV team is designed to meet the following objectives:

• Verify all hardware is installed and operational, all cables tie-wrapped and marked, and area cleaned
• Verify all software is installed, operational and of current issue
• Verify all required documentation is present
• Ensure all training criteria have been met to customer satisfaction
• End user and Administrator manuals will be provided in both hard copy and electronic form.

Audio-Visual Systems Training

After the final acceptance testing period, Signature-AV provides complete systems training on all equipment installed from the end-users perspective. The Signature-AV training program is designed to provide end-user personnel with a working knowledge of the Audio/Visual integrated room and an in-depth knowledge of its operation and usage. Much of the course time involves hands-on usage by the participants.

Typical trainings vary in scope from a few hours to two full days on-site. Signature-AV is committed to providing the training and support necessary so the operators of the system to feel completely comfortable with its day-to-day operation.

On-Going Training and Support Services

SIGAV is committed to our clients and this means being available for their on-going support, training and service requests. We have a number of packages available from Remote Managed Solutions through a secure AV server portal, to on-site service contracts and equipment maintenance.
