We have proven and repeatable standard procedures and checklists to support the variety of audio, visual, computer, and network requirements our medical simulation clients. We will use these tools, or others as may be required by the client. Acceptance TestingUpon the acceptance of the implementation based on the applications and design document and deliverables, Signature-AV will provide acceptance testing with key personnel to ensure satisfaction with the system implementation. Any concerns will be documented and addressed at this time. The acceptance testing will ensure the Signature-AV team is designed to meet the following objectives:
Audio-Visual Systems TrainingAfter the final acceptance testing period, Signature-AV provides complete systems training on all equipment installed from the end-users perspective. The Signature-AV training program is designed to provide end-user personnel with a working knowledge of the Audio/Visual integrated room and an in-depth knowledge of its operation and usage. Much of the course time involves hands-on usage by the participants. Typical trainings vary in scope from a few hours to two full days on-site. Signature-AV is committed to providing the training and support necessary so the operators of the system to feel completely comfortable with its day-to-day operation. On-Going Training and Support ServicesSIGAV is committed to our clients and this means being available for their on-going support, training and service requests. We have a number of packages available from Remote Managed Solutions through a secure AV server portal, to on-site service contracts and equipment maintenance. |
